Log:
  Scratch two items off the ng_ayiya to-do list.
  
  The manual page is there and with the tic-tunnels.txt.sample file
  setting up a testing "lab" should be easier.  Well, there's also
  the almost-functional "scaffold two" command, but it doesn't really
  count, since no packets will go through the AYIYA interfaces.
