It does confuse a lot of folks though, especially since they now have
to MAKEDEV snd1 rather than the documented snd0 in order to get it to
work.  Why isn't 0 used as the first unit for some people?  On my
system it certainly is:

pcm0 at 0x220 irq 5 drq 1 flags 0x15 on isa
