Welp, My understanding is that there is a problem between the
Promise controller and FreeBSD, I _belive_ you must disable
the Promise bios to get around it!

Also (It looks like you have NOTHING VALUABLE on the disk, So) to be
on the safe side re-fdisk your drive with dos to Zap any
possiable leftovers.. 

I'm sure somebody will correct me if I am wrong, As well as
improve upon the problem. :)
