Me too, except my Mustek is a 600EP.

What's with this? Is there any "standard" for
using parallel ports for devices like scanners,
CD-Roms, etc? I think I know the answer 8-( .

If this isn't "technical" enough, maybe we could
pursue this on "questions"?
