And, v1.37 has Japanese localization which uses Unicode as Japanese
encoding.  But currently, Japanese Documentation Project uses EUC-JP as
that.  I'll contact the author of it and decide what we should do.

I'm also working on replacement of Japanese central server and finishing
localization of DocBook version of handbook.

So if you want to update dsssl-docbook-modular port, do not care
Japanese localization and go for it.
