Also have no /usr/ports directory, nor /usr/X*, have only one game in /usr/games, etc, etc. Have only access to 3.x boxes right now, but this doesn't seem right. I've done FTP installs using ftp.nl.freebsd.org as mirror. Selected the install all installation option. For a release candidate this doesn't fit the bill.
