No problem with that. Don't forget to specify proxy_interfaces if this 
box is to serve as anything remotely related to the term "MX".

Please check your inet_interfaces setting:

inet_interfaces = localhost

might be what you need.

If you need more help, please post the output of `postconf -n`.
