Are these ICMP types normally used?
Is there any benefit to denying these in my ipfw rules or any harm in doing
so?

icmptypes
	4	-	Source Quench
	9	-	Router Advertisement
	10	-	Router Solicitation
	11	-	Time-to-Live Exceeded
	12	-	IP header bad
	13	-	Timestamp Request
	14	-	Timestamp Reply
	15	-	Information Request
	16	-	Information Reply
	17	-	Address Mask Request
	18	-	Address Mask Reply
