I believe 4.0-RELEASE was initially not going
to be release to Walnut Creek subscribers.
However, according to their website
(http://www.cdrom.com/titles/freebsd/bsd-a.phtml
it appears they've changed their minds. I imagine
the delay is because they're waiting for duplication.

I'm curious if they're going to continue with a
3.5-RELEASE and 4.1-RELEASE both coming out early
this summer.
