Now if we can just clean this up, debug it, and get it commited :)
This would come in mucho handy at a few client sites where squid is
involved. No more trying to keep users form screwing around with the proxy
settings in IE or netscape, etc.. Any utility or tool that lets me keep as
much configuration on the server side and removed from the user is a
major win for me <g>
