You'll have to hack the sources in /usr/src/sys/i386/boot/biosboot to ignore these commands, then install the newly built bootblocks using disklabel -B <path to boot1> -b <path to boot2> <disk>. You're trying to secure the system a bit from the console, I bet. This is moot; I can override it with a boot floppy.
