Each of the datasets has about 2.7 bits of entropy per colour channel per
pixel (they're 8-bit colour values) - surprisingly, there's not much
variation between the datasets, although that's probably because my
algorithm is blind to the actual structure of the image.

I'm trying to figure out how to use Matlab so I can play with some more
advanced tests.
