1. Is this a big problem to move dictionaries
and other ispell-related stuff from /usr/local/lib
to $(PREFIX)/share/ispell?
Are there many applications that have the path
hard-coded?

2. What is the right way to add dictionaries for
other languages to ports ? Should we add an option
to ispell or build a special port?
