I've just upgraded to 2.2.8. I have a user in the wheel group. Logged in as that user, I can't su. I get a segmentation fault. I've had this happen before (2.2.6) and I think I just copied su from the CDROM live file system. Didn't work this time. Put it in /usr/bin with permissions r-sr-xr-x, owner is root, group is bin. These were the permissions on the CDROM. Have I missed something? Any ideas? ---------------------------------- E-Mail: Chris Browning <brownicm@prokyon.com> Date: 12-Jan-99 Time: 11:22:33 "if you believe in Nothing... honey, It believes in you." ---------------------------------- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-questions" in the body of the message
