Your cpu usage is extremely high.  I am running on the same software=20
and not seeing this but my windows 8 vm only has 1CPU.  I am also on=20
extremely similar hardware.  What happens if you change it to 1 CPU=20
instead of 4?  I'm not saying that this shouldn't work but want to=20
understand what options you are using that might not be working=20
correctly on FreeBSD.

I also note I have PAE enabled whereas your VM does not:

I don't have hardware virtualization forced while you do:
