I am not s= ure if guys from .Net foundation took these patches for their watcher implementation or they did it from scratch (or they didn't do it at all). In the meantime I mostly moved away from mono, so I didn't really have time to look at this issue anymore. At point when I wrote it it passed all tests an= d it was able to apply cleanly to upstream.
