There are some changes in HEAD which might be relevant to the area I am try=

to drill into.  I.e. it might be beneficial for you to try.  Note that only
kernel is needed, I already mentioned that you do not need to update usermo=
de.

Anyway, I moved the patch to stable/10, but I cannot even compile it right =
now.
 So if any compilation issues are there, please fix.
