The system does boot, but the only console hangs as soon as the kernel takes
over from the UEFI firmware. I installed mine with mfsBSD and once FreeBSD =
is
installed (including network configuration and SSH server) it works just fi=
ne,
but it is annoying to have a headless x86 box around. And a USB<->RS232 ada=
pter
doesn't work as console because the USB stack comes up too late in the boot
process.
