That is certainly included in the set of "licenses more restrictive than
the BSD license."  So is practically everything else but the Beer Ware
License, and even THAT makes the bean-counters queasy.  "How many beers
do we owe him?  How do we pay these beers?  When are the beers due?"

Damned beancounters.
