To upgrade locales in -current you need after SUP:
1) Setenv MAKE_LOCAL (needed for next step only)
2) Run "make distrib-dirs" into /usr/src/etc
3) Re-build/install usr.bin/{mklocale,colldef} and share/timedef
This way make locales 2.0.5-compatible among other things.
