Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe that the DTC VLB controller's
emulate Adaptec 1542 cards, in which case, yes it would be supported
by FreeBSD. I vaguely seem to remember pulling one of these cards out
of one of our FreeBSD workstations recently...
