Your FAQ needs updating.. there is now a third dedicated FreeBSD IRC channel, besides irc.freebsd.org and EFnet (which is, btw, barely ever occupied): We run #freebsd on Undernet, with several plusses including people willing to help out newbies and installers, and a bot that serves FAQs and answers trivial questions like "what is FreeBSD", and "where can I get *BSD?"
