What would it take to get working tape changing code in current?
(2.2 would be ideal but at the moment I will take what I can get.)

Code was submitted by Jason Thorpe as "Problem Report kern/120" way
back in October.
Linux, NetBSD, and OpenBSD(?) have working tape changer code and with
very nice tape changers for $300-700 on the market now I know I am
personally seeing more people buying them.

Thanks,
