Howdy All, I have a query about the references to PPP/Slip in the online installation instructions. According to the online installion instructions there are three ways of installing over a network. 1) PPP/Slip 2) PLIP 3) Ethernet I have successfully used methods 2 and 3 but I raise the question whether support for PPP/SLIP is even compiled into the kernel on the boot.flp images (at least for 2.2.5-RELEASE anyway) Determined to work out what I was doing wrong I had a poke around inside the MFS and could not locate a ppp0 or tun0 device, but did however find the ppp hard link to sysinstall. But no mention seems to be made of ppp in the installation process anywhere. What am I doing wrong? I realise that installing over PPP would be a slow, painful process. But if it doesn't exist, the documentation should be updated accordingly.
