You have to run an FTP server on the Win95 machine (there are many out
there), otherwise you will just get errors.  I use a program called
War-FTPD on the Win95 machine, which is an FTP *server* (not a client).
The Win95 server program listens on port 21.  That allows Win95 to receive
and process the packets from the FreeBSD machine.
