I've just built a perl module that generates ipfw commands to build
firewalls.  This is still hot off the presses so I wouldn't mind 
people taking a poke at it to make sure it does that I think it does.

One of the things I think it does is protect you against all spoofing
of your own IP addresses including land attack.

If you want to take a look, grab it out of CPAN
