The 7895 is a dual-channel Wide Ultra (16 bit, 20MHz) controller.

The 7890 is a single-channel Wide Ultra 2 (16 bit, 40MHz) controller.

There is also the 7896/7897, which is a dual channel Ultra 2 controller.
One of the chips is 32-bit PCI, the other is 64-bit PCI. I can't remember
which one is which.
