Not really, but it can check the group. Below is from our default part of
"users". We created a group called "nodial".
DEFAULT Simultaneous-Use = 1
Fall-Through = 1
DEFAULT Auth-Type = Reject, Group = "nodial"
DEFAULT Auth-Type = System
(ETC)
