Sigh,

In my attempt to make a cdrom to install 5.0-CURRENT-20000818
I stumbled across a problem with the fixit floppy.
The /dev/MAKEDEV acd0 created 209 entries. The fixit floppy
only starts out with some 382. So the fixit floppy fails to be
properly populated with executables.

Tar does not deal with the minor number of these entries either.

tar: acd0t32: minor number too large; not dumped

I suspect that not creating all 99 of the track specific devices
or removing them after creating them would work around both problems.
