Fyi: with today's -current,

    /dev/md0 /tmp md rw,nosuid,nodev,-s=32m,-p=1777 0 0

in /etc/fstab still yields

    IOCTL(0x41146469) "md0" 'd'/105 O(276) = ENOIOCTL
    IOCTL(0x41146465) "md0" 'd'/101 O(276) = ENOIOCTL

and a failed mount of /tmp during boot.
