Hi! I've got a naggin little problem with mplayer. If I use xv as video-output I get small jitters in the playback. If I use sdl, but I can't change brightness/contrast and thus the playback is very dark. Any ideas why xv behaves so oddly, shouldn't it give the best performance? (I've got at Matrox G400)? And where/how do I configure SDL? There is no 'man sdl', the documentation in /usr/local/share/doc are for delelopers and I can't find any config-files? Is it possible to adjust brightness/contrast/gamma in SDL?
