The machine continually reboots.  We can't seem to get serial output, so
I will simply give you the last line that
goes whizzing by:

System power profile changed to 'economy'   - it rebooted on this about
5 - 6 times.

Now, it is hung at

dc0: <Accton EN2242 MiniPC 10/100BaseTX> port 0x1000-0x10ff mem

Can we get you to send some detailed debugging information to
qa@FreeBSD.org or current@FreeBSD.org?  In particular, it would be nice to
have a bit more information about "would not boot" -- did it hang, how far
did it get, any interesting messages, etc.  Also, if you could set up a
serial console for the machine and actually capture the output, that would
be very helpful indeed.
