I'm going to try building packages for OpenOffice 1.1, hopefully both for 5.2-RC/CURRENT and 4.9-STABLE. Are there particular versions of the FreeBSD OpenOffice port that someone wants first? I'm building the 5.x packages using 5.2-RC since this should work both with 5.2-RELEASE and 5.2-CURRENT. I'm installing gcc33 on the 4.9-STABLE box and this will hopefully compile OpenOffice for that platform. I'm relatively new to this task in the FreeBSD world, so any pointers on how to create and test packages (especially what options should or should not be used) would be helpful. Backing down my 5.2-CURRENT box to 5.2-RC is still going on (portupgrade to recompile everything, since I've found at least one application which works under 5.2-CURRENT but not under 5.2-RC).
