When booting with ACPI enabled, the last thing I see is "Timecounters tick every 10.000 msec". With it disabled: Timecounters tick every 10.000 msec ata0-slave: timeout waiting for interrupt ata0-slave: ATA identify failed acd0: CDROM <Compaq CRD-8402B> at ata0-master PIO4 Waiting 15 seconds for SCSI devices to settle If anyone would like to see the results of acpidump or try anything, please let me know.home | help
