hi im having problems with my apple ipod i have windows xp and it worked fine until i reinstalled Windows xp then all the songs on my computer were lost but i had them on my ipod and itunes was not working properly so i went to ipod driver opened ipod_control and then to music and deleted all the files from F00 to F19 but then they are here again but when i open itunes then it says that i have to reinstall the itunes becuase it says the communication software is not installed properly that i have also tried i have also tried to restart my ipod by pressing "menu" and "play/pause" at the same time but even after i have restarted it it wont work please help
