--mP3DRpeJDSE+ciuQ Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline Hello Dean, > is anyone using an ORB drive in FreeBSD We have an ORB IDE drive in one of our machines. It probes as: ad0: 5524MB <CASTLEWOOD ORB5/2A02I5R0> [11224/16/63] at ata0-master UDMA33 atacontrol(8) must be used to attach/detach the device when disks are removed/inserted, or creepy errors will show up on the screen. This is a 5.3-STABLE machine. We have no experience with USB or SCSI ORB drives, but the IDE ones work correctly. -- Rink Springer rink@il.fontys.nl --mP3DRpeJDSE+ciuQ Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.2.5 (FreeBSD) iD8DBQFBsxuxb3O60uztv/8RAi++AJ48j4Vkp9gLarf2A7YtLBIq+FWc4ACgsfXN L3J/anr2re+mL931BEBKIBY= =KvVL -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --mP3DRpeJDSE+ciuQ--
