Hey everyone, We're getting the chance to rebuild our Mysql DB server from scratch (read: installing new secondary to transfer to) and wondering what people's experience in dealing with Freebsd 5.x's new threading implementation in comparison to the 4.x series. Also, are there any interesting new "gotchas" (like MAXDSIZ, etc) or bugs that people have encountered in the new series? Currently we're running the 4.x branch of Freebsd and Mysql v4.0 branch. Most likely staying with the 4.0 of Mysql due to some other issues with 4.1. Many thanks, Ross. -- Network Connection Email: westr@connection.ca
