Hi folks, I found little or no info on making FreeBSD work on IA64 or on Ski, so put up a wiki page at http://www.gelato.unsw.edu.au/IA64wiki/FreeBSDInstallHowTo I'd appreciate comments and corrections --- coming from mostly a Linux-on-IA64 background, there's a lot of stuff that's different, and I'm feeling my way. In particular, how do I set up the network device on the Ski simulator? ifconfig -a shows only the loopback device. I'm aiming eventually at getting a virtualised freeBSD running on top of IA64 Linux. Peter Chelp
