Log:
Refactor vfs_setdirty(), creating vfs_setdirty_locked_object().
Call vfs_setdirty_locked_object() from vfs_busy_pages() instead of
vfs_setdirty(), thereby eliminating a second acquisition and release
of the same vm object lock.
