Hello FBSD people! I want to give an additional report to bug identified by no. from topic. I run 6.1 on i386 and issuing a command: `kbdcontrol -b visual` makes my bash-2.05b interactive sessions give 'visual bell' on pressing the `b' key. This is not reproducible in csh, also a Vim instance running within bash is OK - gives the right visual bell effect not binded to `b' key. Resetting by `kbdcontrol -b XX.XX` does not solve the issue, pressing `b' in bash still gives a bell this time being audible. Hope this helps in any way possible, thanks for your great efforts, PS -- Registered Linux user #145057 running @ ARM / MIPS / PowerPC / x86 / x86_64 "Nevertheless, C retains the basic philosophy that programmers know what they are doing; it only requires that they state their intentions explicitly." - Dennis Ritchie.
