I have a GeForce 6600LE on 7.0-PRERELEASE/amd64, and the only
driver that works for me (for small values of "works") is vesa.
You might want to give it a try.  The xorg nv driver used to
work, *if* I had already used the VESA driver to initialize
the card, but now it doesn't work at all.  Don't know what has
changed.

At least the computer itself is fast enough that a dumb
framebuffer is fine for the things that I do...
