We scan 300,000 messages on a busy day with 4 4.11 machines. ClamAV has been rock solid here for many months. I updated to 0.90 yesterday due to the security alert and so far so good. We also offer Sophos as an extra cost option due to its cost. Sophie and Sophos have never burped once in the 5 years we have used that combo. Highly recommended but not cheap. John Capo Tuffmail.com
