Hi, I wrote this Kyua Quickstart Guide: https://github.com/rodrigc/kyua/wiki/Quickstart-Guide I found that the existing Kyua documentation is scattered across different web sites and different conference presentations. The documentation that I found mixes information about how to use Kyua as well as the theory and design of Kyua. In addition, Google searches turn up pages that are outdated, such as on code.google.com and wiki.netbsd.org. For the QA people that I am working with, this is all too confusing. It makes using Kyua a tough sell for me This is too bad, because despite these problems, I think that Kyua is a good framework to use in a QA environment. The people that I talk to need a document which is not too wordy, but in a very short amount of time, tells them how to: -> install kyua -> write a test -> run the test -> report a result What I wrote is not a perfect tutorial, but hopefully it is better than nothing, and can be improved. If people on this list want to provide feedback, that would be great. I'm going to try to get feedback from QA people who are not BSD developers. -- Craig
