Today I four or five times to reproduce the panic. In this case the panic was
whist using GNOME, not long after use of Adobe Flash Player Preferences (after
closure of both Chromium and the preferences app). AFAIR the panic was shortly
after launching Firefox, whilst an (add-on) session manager dialogue was on
screen.
