Hi there, I noticed that the port for virtualbox-ose-additions now has the same version number as my osx host. So I am again attempting to see if I can get things running efficiently. doing a #sudo dmesg -a includes the following messages [BEGIN] /etc/rc: WARNING: failed precmd routine for vmware_guestd Starting vboxservice. VBoxService 5.1.8 r111374 (verbosity: 0) freebsd.amd64 (Nov 20 2016 12:56:42) release log [END] I have the following entries in /etc/rc.conf [BEGIN] dbus_enable="YES" #hald_enable="YES" kdm4_enable="YES" #avahi_daemon_enable="YES" vboxguest_enable="YES" vboxservice_enable="YES" [END] I have the following issues I experience intermittent issues with shared clipboard between guest and host I also experience with FreeBSD and TrueOS that the mousewheel when using firefox/chromium triggers the back and forward page command in the browser. I do not have that experience with any of the Linux (mintLinux,suse,archlinux) when running virtualbox. Thank you in advance for any assistance hunting these issues down Have a nice day, Jason
