I have setup one of the netperf ThunderX machines with UFS SU+J. I can trig=
ger
this issue with a buildworld in a loop. I tried adding logging to see what
memory was allocated but didn't manage to trigger the issue.

I then tried adding an atomic memory barrier into worklist_insert and
worklist_remove. I'm currently testing this change, and have yet to see the
issue after about 2 hours.
