Hi, 

I was taking a quick look at the dhcpd documentation for the location of the lease file and noticed that 
https://www.freebsd.org/doc/handbook/network-dhcp.html
identifies 
/var/db/dhcpd.leases
as the location of the lease file for isc-dhcpd, where it is actually at
/var/db/dhcpd/dhcpd.leases
