Hi Elastic Team,

A Bugzilla account (elastic@FreeBSD.org) has been created (on request)
so that ports issues for ports the team maintains can be auto-assigned
and the team can be notified. The assigned password is random and
logging into the account is not necessary.

When assigning (elastic) team issues to yourself as individuals, please
keep elastic@freebsd.org (the team) in the loop by adding it to the CC list.
