Hi,
When I try update devel/libphonenumber port from version 8.12.16 to 8.12.17,
errors appears:

I re-built devel/protobuf port, but this action didn't solve my problem.
I use FreeBSD 13.0-ALPHA2 branch.

What to do?

Thanks for help :)
