One more point - I observed the same issue in a VM with "low" memory, with =
2GBs
and very small swap usage around 6MB.

Pkg upgrade kept failing. Then I stopped mysql, gained some memory, tempora=
rily
disabled swap for good measure, and the process could complete.

Apparently there is something related to low memory and writing a lot of fi=
les
/ files with long paths (pkg usually fails on upgrading ansible packages).
